An online order is processed once payment has been accepted by LEBON Oral Care. We reserve the right to refuse orders placed by customers involved in any previous problems involving payment.

LEBON Oral Care also reserves the right to request any necessary information from the customer, such as proof of identity or proof of address. If the customer does not respond within 5 days, their order will be automatically cancelled. LEBON Oral Care is only committed to carrying out received orders if stocks allow it.

All received orders will be dispatched within the 2 open days.

Belgium & Luxembourg: 7€ for orders below 100€. Free shipping orders >100€.

Euro Zone: 10€ for orders below 100€. Free shipping orders >100€.

United Kingdom: 15€ for every orders.

Rest of the world: 15€ for every orders.
